Kirsty is such incredible fitness trainer and health coach! She totally understands the way women’s bodies work and the exact type of training needed to get the results we are all so eager to see.

I was referred to Kirsty in October 2014 by a friend who had experienced success with her program. I had been exercising regularly and eating reasonably well (or so I thought) but the last 6-8 kilos would not budge. With a wedding in late March, I enlisted the help of Kirsty to get me back on track. I initially started with 2 personal training sessions per week and a nutrition session every couple of weeks. I quickly increased to a mix of 3-4 individual and group sessions per week (as I enlisted all my friends). The results were amazing and for the first time ever I actually enjoyed exercise.

With Kirsty’s ongoing support and encouragement, and programs that were specifically tailored to my body type, I lost 8 kilos and felt like the best version of myself on my wedding day. I have been to many personal trainers in the past and none have been able to get the results Kirsty has. She truly understands women’s bodies and most importantly, really cares about the results of her clients. I continue to attend Kirsty’s group sessions 3 times a week and will do so until she retires.
