Gently cleanse your system with our Detox Soup. Perfect for a Monday lunch or dinner after a big weekend – yeah, I’m looking at you!

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole broccoli
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1/3 red chilli (sliced)

How To Make

  • Roughly chop a broccoli, zucchini, kale and spinach
  • Boil 4 cups of water and cook veggies in water until soft (approx 15 minutes)
  • Let water/veggie mix cool for about 20 minutes, then add it to a blender
  • Add a tablespoon of coconut water to blender
  • Blend mixture on high for approximately 1 minute or until really smooth
  • Top with some black sesames, coconut and fresh chili
