Homemade Bruschetta[csbtns]

We love a quickly, tasty and healthy lunch and these healthy bruschetta’s are a taste sensation. Top with seasonal products and mix and max your favourite combinations!

We have used gluten free bread, we also recommend a good quality rye or sourdough bread.

First toast the bread then add;

Bruschetta One

  • Fresh basil, chopped cherry tomatoes, feta, seasoning and a little olive oil

Bruschetta Two

  • Smashed avocado, strawberries and toasted pine nuts

Bruschetta Three

  • Fresh basil olive oil, salt and pepper and diced tomatoes
