We have used gluten free bread, we also recommend a good quality rye or sourdough bread.
First toast the bread then add;
- Fresh basil, chopped cherry tomatoes, feta, seasoning and a little olive oil
- Smashed avocado, strawberries and toasted pine nuts
- Fresh basil olive oil, salt and pepper and diced tomatoes
