Health Coaches are not dieticians or nutritionists. Certified Health & Wellness Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that will improve your health and happiness.
I draw from my extensive education, training, experience and knowledge to help you appreciate and sustain changes to your diet and lifestyle to not only improve your health and happiness, not change your life entirely.
Each program I design is completely tailored to your personal goals and intentions. Evolving with each session, I will give you the tools, information education and ongoing coaching support to help you achieve your goals.
It’s a very personal and rewarding experience – there will be the ‘ahh-ha’ moments, ‘I can do this’ moments – but I will be there every step of the way keeping you on track and pushing forward.
Everyone’s journey with me is totally different depending on who you are and what you want to achieve. I see clients who are struggling with weight gain, sugar addictions, food intolerances, fertility issues, cravings, eating disorders, and lifestyle challenges, or some who simply want someone to give them wellness guidance.
